I met Joanne years ago when someone invited me to a Mary Kay party she was hosting at a friend's house.  She was going through a difficult time in her life and I watched her stand firm in her faith while God walked her through.  She is an amazingly upbeat, uplifting woman who loves encouraging and ministering to the women God puts in her path through her Mary Kay business.  She just recently achieved Mary Kay Director and I can't wait to see where God will take her next!  Check out her website at joanneblando.com.
